Beaded Bezel Cabochon with Terri Wright
About this event
Description: This is a great class for those interested in learning an additional technique to show off your cabs. You will learn how to surround your cabochon in peyote stitch (a seed bead stitch) with varying sizes and colors of beads; attach the ultra-suede back and add embellishment beads to extend the design. The bail can be done in several different stitches. Each of these will be demonstrated. This technique allows you to further bring out the beautiful colors in your cabs with the assistance of beads.
Please bring the following with you to class: bead tray or equivalent tray with a lip, magnification (optivisor recommended)
Material Fee: $60 - additional kits can be purchased from instructor for $45 each. Cash/Check accepted.
Kits include 3 pages of color instructions, cabochon glued to ultra-suede with extra matching ultra-suede for backing, all beads color-coordinated with the cabochon and thread.
